He graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a prestigious degree in Civil Engineering. He also bagged a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Lagos. With his drive for academic pursuit, he also bagged a post-graduate degree in Public Administration from Delta State University and a certificate in Financial Institution for Private Enterprises Development, Harvard University Boston USA.
He has worked in various institutions and holds key managerial positions. With his vast experience in top management, Engr Omatsuli Tuoyo functions as the 2nd Vice Chairman of Parker Oil & Gas Servicing Company Limited.

dominic essien – 2nd vice chairman
Dominic Ubong Essien: is a serial Entrepreneur and investor. One of Nigeria’s emerging leaders in politics and business. He has consistently lent his talent and expertise to reinventing Nigeria through investment in the socio-economic development of the country. Dominic is an alumnus St. Gregory’s College, Lagos and an outstanding graduate of Economics from the University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers state. As the best graduating student in the department of Economics and winner of the two coveted departmental awards – Madam Lillian Agiobenebo’s Memorial Award for the Best student in Mathematical Economics and Department Best Graduating Student. It is evident that this illustrious son of Akwa Ibom state has excelled in both academics and co-curricular activities. It is no surprise that in 2001, he was a recipient of the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship, where he bagged a master’s degree in financial economics at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
DUE as he is fondly called, started his career in 1998 as a Credit Analyst with Ventures & Trusts Limited (Investment Management) before joining the United Bank for Africa, and then on to NNB International Limited before proceeding to the United Kingdom for his Master’s Degree. He was later headhunted from the United Kingdom to join Zenith Bank PLC, from where he moved to Lead Bank PLC as the Head of Project Finance and later resigned in 2004 to join MTN Communications as Regional Project Manager, (South) overseeing the rollout and management of connect stores in the region. He left MTN Communication Nigeria to set up Seed Media. Seed Media is a technology startup that pioneered several innovative breakthroughs in Sub-Saharan Africa. A digital media pioneer in Nigeria, Seed Media Limited secured an exclusive online advertising representative for Yahoo! Incorporated in Sub Saharan Africa. This partnership opened the vista for international online advertisement by Nigerians and Nigerian brands on global internet portals, thereby pioneering digital advertising opportunities for many Nigerian organizations on global internet portals like MSN-Hotmail, Facebook, YouTube and Yahoo!
DUE also developed a compelling and brand differentiating sales promotion initiatives for businesses. Seed Media also pioneered FREE customer reward promotion using travel leisure and lifestyle incentives to promote sales for organizations in different sectors and countries around the world. Over the years, he has been part of the successful implementation of some start-up projects such as Sofitel-The Moore-House, Lagos; Stark Industries Ibadan; Best Oils Ibadan; Le Meridien Ogeyi place Hotel, Port Harcourt; Tinapa Business Resort Limited, Calabar; The Palms Shopping Centre, Lekki; e-Authentication project of the Federal Government of Nigeria amongst others. These projects have largely defined his career as an investment management expert. His a regular speaker at the Lagos Business School on Strategy and new business development. Today, he sits as the Group CEO of TVIO Holdings with interest in Media and Marketing, Retail, Fintech, and Real Estate and he is our current Vice Chairman.

BARRISTER TSEWO EDEMA-EYEN, PhD – MANAGING DIRECTOR
He was born and brought up in Sapele, Delta State, Nigeria. He attended Okotie-Eboh Grammar School, Sapele from 1987 to 1992. Thereafter he proceeded to Edo State to Study Law at the Ambrose Alli University from 1993 to 2000 and was call-to-bar in 2001/2002. His Career life started as a Legal Assistant to D.O Emakunu, in Sapele, thereafter he proceeded to Effurun where he worked with D.D Mowoe (SAN).
In 2005, he became a partner to Dominic Chamber in Effurun, thereafter he proceeded outside the shores of Nigeria to further his education in England, United Kingdom where he studied International Environmental Law from the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2006. As an industrialist, he has been and still involved in the setup and establishment of various Conglomerate under him such as Petroleum businesses in the downstream sector. Prior to joining Parker Oil and Gas Servicing Company Nigeria Limited, he was the Managing Director of Eyens Petroleum Nigeria Ltd.

JOLOMI MIKE EKELE – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
He graduated from the University of Benin where he bagged a prestigious second-class upper degree in Accounting and also a post-graduate degree in Accounting. For the quest of personal development, he also bagged a post-graduate degree in Petroleum and Energy Economics from Delta State University.
He is also an associate member of the following professional bodies Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Chartered Management Accounting (ICMA).
His work experience started with United Bank for Africa Plc as an Internal Control staff for three consecutive years (1998-2001).
He joined NNB International Bank Plc (Now Unity Bank Plc) in 2001 and worked there for four consecutive years (2001-2005). While in the bank, he was the Business Development Manager in the Warri Main Branch.
He also joined Ecobank Nigeria Limited in 2005 and worked there for 2 years (2005-2007) as their Business Development Manager in Enerhen Branch, Warri. Also a member of a strategic team that took over the defunct Allstate Trust Bank Plc. He joined Skye Bank Plc in 2007 and worked there for one year (2007-2008) as their Branch Manager in their Warri Main Branch.
In pursuit of his career development, he resigned from the banking business and went into Management and Business Development Consulting. He consults with Peoples Mega Micro Investment Limited and Adroit Financials Limited as their Chief Business Strategist in charge of their operations and business development strategy.
He worked with A & E Petrol Nigeria Limited as the Business Development Manager, he oversees the marketing and the various strategic business units of the company. With his vast experience in management and business development, he assumes the post of Chief Operating Officer. His knowledge leads to the efficient and effective management of the depot.

Engr. Okafor Ikechukwu N, MNSE, C.Engr – TERMINAL MANAGER
He has over fourteen (14) years’ experiences in petroleum products trading, freight, Petroleum Products storage/terminals operations as well as depot design and construction, 8 years of which had been in the management cadre. Previously worked with Dee Jones Petroleum and Gas Limited between 2005 and 2008 as Operations Superintendent, 2008 and 2013 as Terminal Manager where he had oversight in Quality Assurance, Quality Control (QA/QC), Engineering Design, Construction and Projects, Fire and Environmental Management Systems as well as Depot Operations in addition to preparation of Feasibility Reports for new Projects. He joined A & E Petrol Nig Ltd as Terminal Manager in December, 2013 and Left A&E Petrol in February, 2021. Presently working with Parker Oil and Gas Servicing Company Limited as Terminal Manager having joined the company in June 2021.
He holds a Master of Engineering Degree [M. Engr] (in view) in Industrial and Production Engineering from the Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE), Effurun, Bachelor of Engineering Degree [B.Engr] in Mechanical/Production Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University(NAU)Awka, Diploma/General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health as well as a Certificate in Fire and Risk Management. Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers (NimechE), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE/AMPP), Nigerian Institute of Safety Engineers (NIG Safety E), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (MNIM), Niger Delta Maritime Security Area (NDMSA) and Port Facility Security Officers Forum of Nigeria (PFSON).
He has also undergone courses in Petroleum Products Trading and Terminal Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Facility and Environmental Management, Projects Management, Incident Control in a Port Facility, Customer Service Awareness, Financial Management, Ergonomics and Human Capital Management, Engineering Procurement and Port Facility Security Officer’s (PFSO) course under International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code of International Maritime Organization (IMO). Married and Loves reading, music and sports.

MENE EMMANUEL – financial accountant
MENE EMMANUEL is a highly qualified and experienced Professional Accountant. With over 30 years of experience, he has honed his skills in various areas including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. He is an accomplished individual, holding a master’s degree in Business Administration and being an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also a proud member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria.
In addition to his technical expertise, he possesses excellent communication and writing skills, which allow him to effectively convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. His ability to collaborate with others and work towards achieving corporate objectives in a timely manner is commendable.
With his comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and business management, he is well-equipped to provide valuable insights and solutions to organizations seeking to optimize their financial performance. His vast experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in any accounting or finance-related role.

Okhidievbie-Alfred Anthony – Information Technology/Inventory MANAGER
He holds multiple degrees and certifications that have equipped him with a strong educational foundation. He obtained his Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relation (MILR) and Energy and Petroleum Economics (MEPE) from Delta State University, Abraka. He has also received specialized training in broadband and metropolitan network management using Mikrotik OS (2009) technology from General Data Engineering Services PLC, Ibadan, Oyo State. Furthermore, he is a graduate of Computer Science from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Akwa Ibom.
In addition to his educational achievements, he is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria (FCE No.2626). This prestigious membership reflects his commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
These qualifications highlight his dedication to acquiring a diverse skill set that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of economics and labor relations. EWARAWON, SEGUN EMMANUEL – MANAGER, HSE
He is a skilled and proficient Health, Safety, and Environment specialist with over 10years of professional experience as an HSE Inspector in multinational Engineering Construction companies.
He is our HSE manager in the Parker Oil and Gas depot; He has extensive experience with various work procedures and HSE methodology, fire prevention and control, Hydrocarbon handling and storage safety, maintenance of workplace safety, evacuation, and drill management, incident investigation, and reporting. He is also actively involved in HSE consultancy, data processing, and record management for various organizations.
He is capable of working with or without supervision as a prerequisite credentials to function as our fire & safety officer.

TUGBA JULIUS – MARKETING MANAGER
He is a graduate of Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State with a B.A (ED) in French from the Modern European Languages department. Also, a certificate in Computer Studies from Imperial Computer Training Institution and Sales from Shaw Academy.
I have worked in Cybernetics and Pinnacle tank farms in Ogara and Warri as a Lead Sales Officer in charge of Sales Forecasting and Market segmentation. I later joined Parker Oil and Gas as the Sales Head responsible for initiating, marketing, and generating sales. I have an in-depth knowledge in the business’s product, as well as the marketing concepts.
I am self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

OFOEYENO MEJEBI BLESSING – QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL/ OPERATIONS
He graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a B.Sc degree in computer science. He is a certified Oracle professional, qualified assurance and quality personnel and a qualified safety professional with several certifications.
He worked at Awokaris Green World Industries limited as a quality control analyst. He joined A&E Petrol Nigeria Limited in 2011 as a safety officer, and later became the project supervisor during the construction of A&E PETROL TANK FARM from 2011 to 2013. He became the operations supervisor/QAQC assistance for the period of 7yrs. He joined PARKER OIL and GAS SRVICING LIMITED as the lead QA/QC. He also coordinates the daily operational activities of the depot.
He is experienced and can work with or without supervision. He has the skill to function as our lead quality assurance and quality control as well as coordinating our operations.
